What the site is

Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling.

We publish editorial information about hotels and travel. We are not a travel agent, we do not take bookings or payments, and we are not the operator of any hotel mentioned.

Age

The site is intended for adults aged 18 or over, or 21 or over where local law sets a higher age. Hotels set their own minimum check-in ages, which may be higher than ours.

Using the site fairly

• Use the site for personal, non-commercial planning.
• Do not copy the site's content at scale, scrape it automatically or present it as your own.
• Do not try to disrupt the site, probe its security or send it harmful code.
• Do not use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive or misleading material.

Third-party hotels and platforms

Links lead to hotel websites and booking platforms that we do not control. Rates, resort fees, taxes, deposits, availability, cancellation terms and house rules are set by those businesses and may change at any time, including after you read our pages. Any booking is a contract between you and the hotel or platform. We are not responsible for their services, prices, fee changes or decisions; please check every term before paying.

Accuracy

We take care to keep information correct, but hotels change. Content is provided "as is" for general information, without a guarantee that it is complete or current. Confirm anything important directly with the hotel.

Our content

Text, illustrations, layout and the solvieracry name and mark belong to HIT d.d. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may share a link or quote a short excerpt with credit and a link back. Hotel and brand names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the hotels described.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on third-party websites, prices or services. Nothing in these conditions limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes and law

We may update these conditions and will change the date above when we do. They are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, where the operator is registered, without removing any protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
